Grace holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development Practice, complemented by a Post-Master’s qualification in Renewable Energy Policies and Climate Change. With a career spanning multiple sectors: including Research, Development, FMCG, and Environmental industries. Grace brings a truly interdisciplinary perspective to her work. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager in the environmental and oil & gas sector, Grace plays a strategic role in driving initiatives around environmental sustainability, policy development, and impact assessments. She has led and supported a range of township and country-level projects focused on clean cooking technologies, electric vehicle adoption, and other sustainable development interventions. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to climate action and renewable energy transitions, reinforced by her diverse project experience and academic training. Grace has completed all mentorship and leadership learning programs with the Global Women’s Network and similar professional organizations, where she continues to be an active contributor. As a passionate leader and continuous learner, Grace is dedicated to empowering women through knowledge-sharing and mentorship. She remains available for conferences, panel discussions, and speaking engagements, where she brings thoughtful insight and real-world expertise to conversations about sustainability, gender equity, and innovation.
